A study has recently come out that states more and more women are making tea in the office than men do but is this really an act of sexism or simply because women arte employed as secretaries and it is all part of the job role?
Many arguments have gone around recently sparking more sexist theories in the business, women make 3 more cups of tea on average in a week than men, that is the argument. Is there a correct side to this argument?
The Men
the male sex are currently arguing that when they do make tea all they get is moans and groans from how bad it is. Well the thing is that men actually make one more cup of tea on average than women do when they actually do get off their office chairs. This does not excuse them from ever having to do it though. Sometimes it is safe to say that men really do not care about this kind of thing and will only have a cup of tea if it is offered out to them, hence why they do not make as many cups.
Women
Is it true to say that women drink more tea? if you are the one that is having to make the tea all of the time, man or woman then make sure you put your foot down and do something about it. On the other hand of the women that were asked if it bothers them they actually said they liked it because it allowed them to get out of work for a short time. Many of the women asked also said that they really liked having a bit of a gossip too.
So whether you work in a serviced offices or perhaps either London virtual offices or office space London there is sure to be some dispute when it comes to making the tea.
